This popular course offers gentle energising and relaxing exercises aimed at improving general health and well-being, whatever your age or fitness level. Using practices drawn from Tai Chi, Do-In, Qi-Gong, the Meridian system and Yoga, activities can be adjusted to individual needs. Wear loose clothing, bring water and a yoga mat or similar and a blanket for the relaxation session.
