Whatever age and level of fitness, the gentle postures, breathing and relaxation techniques of yoga can relieve stress and promote well-being. Standing postures can increase strength whilst yoga stretches and flows help flexibility.

The tutor will adapt learning to meet individual needs, whether you have practiced yoga before or are completely new to it.
