Speaking in Public
How nervous are you about addressing meetings, giving presentations? Are you anxious about being heard, holding people’s attention, making sense? Taking a very practical approach this short course targets the essentials of speaking in public. At the end, even if your starting point was “truly terrified” you will feel more confident about talking to an audience.

What does Japanese culture mean to you? For some, it is manga and anime and perhaps J-Pop, the most recent manifestations of Japan’s popular culture. In the broadest sense, however, it can include any aspect of everyday life. So we may look at food, the Japanese counting system, cinema, board and card games and much more.
No prior knowledge of the Japanese language is necessary.
