It is a place for exploring and developing your own talent with support and advice from the tutor. Most of the writing is done at home between classes.

CREATIVE WRITING: A SENSE OF PLACE

Friday, 10.15-12.15 (Sally Wilden)

22 September – 1 December 2023

Half term: 27 October

The theme for the 10 writing sessions will be “A Sense of Place”. We will explore different meanings, and associations related to the idea of place and use these to inspire examples of creative writing. During the sessions we will experiment with using different forms of fiction, poetry and dialogue. Writing will take place in class and at home. The aim is to give supportive comment that helps the writer develop their work.
