Every year, Ipswich Institute offers an extensive programme of leisure learning courses, talks and trips.

OUR SPRING 2026 PROGRAMME IS OPEN FOR BOOKING

Paper copies are available from the Library and Reading Room, and a printer friendly downloadable version is available below.

Bookings can be made either:

• Online, via our Online Shop,
• In person in the Library, Monday-Saturday, 09:00-16:00,
• By sending a cheque made payable to the ‘Ipswich Institute’ with your name, address and chosen course details attached.
  

Paper copies of our events Terms and Conditions are available from the Library (15 Tavern Street, Ipswich IP1 3AA).

Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellations must be made in writing by post or email (library@ipswichinstitute.org.uk).

A refund of fees paid will be granted, subject to the following:

• Cancellations made within 14 days of booking will receive a full refund. If your course starts within the 14-day period, you must pay for the value of the sessions and services you have received.

• Cancellations made after the 14-day cancellation period and no later than 7 days before the start date will be eligible for a refund minus 10% of the course price.

• Cancellations later than 7 days before the start date are not eligible for a refund.

• If you start your course and you find that it doesn’t match the description you were given, you can request a refund under the Consumer Rights Act.
